Craft personalized outreach emails and call scripts based on client tech stack and market insights. Coordinate outreach with our marketing campaigns for maximum impact. Use a multichannel approach: email, voicemail, LinkedIn, and meeting invites. Track all activity and progress in JobDiva CRM. Follow up with warm leads and schedule meetings for the U.S.-based Client Engagement Manager. Collaborate across teams to turn connections into high-value opportunities. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in sales outreach , lead generation , or inside sales —preferably in staffing or IT services . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CRMs like JobDiva and platforms like LinkedIn . Self-starter with excellent multitasking and documentation skills.
