Languages: Hindi & English Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in inside sales of investment products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections. Knowledge of investment products, including Fixed Deposits, Insurance Products, and Investments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customers. Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and requirements. Please provide accurate information about our investment products, including their features, benefits, and returns. Address customer queries and concerns and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up with customers regularly to build long-term relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Experience : 1 to 5 Years experience in fintech Background ( Insurance, Finance, Banking ) Salary : 1.5L to 6LPA Qualification : PUC / Graduation ( BBM, Bcom, M.com.
