Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Hyderabad, Mindspace Experience: 3+ Years Position Type: Full-time Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM ; (based on Day Light Saving) Work Model: WFO No. of Positions: 1 Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative at Palni, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, particularly with a focus on the US market. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and cold calling. • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. 2. Customer Engagement: • Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and understand their business needs. 3. Sales Presentations: • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. • Address customer queries and objections to facilitate the sales process. 4. Sales Cycles: • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. 5. Sales Metrics: • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system. Qualifications: 1. Educational Background: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Experience: • 3 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in US-based market.
