Job SummaryWe are seeking a customer-focused and result-oriented Sales Associate to manage and convert leads into successful sales through multiple communication platforms, including WhatsApp, email, and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be confident, communicative, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a high-value product environment. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients via inbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.Understand customer needs, offer expert product guidance, and recommend suitable gemstone options.Build trust-based relationships by providing a seamless and personalized buying experience.Proactively follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions and nurture long-term engagement.Coordinate with internal teams (operations and marketing) to support a smooth client journey.Maintain accurate lead tracking and communication updates in the CRM system. Required Skills & Qualifications 0–1 year of experience in sales or client handling (experience in jewelry, luxury, or gemstone industry is a plus).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Confidence in handling clients independently across digital platforms.Basic proficiency in tools such as Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-centric mindset.Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
