Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic IT Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through targeted email campaigns , cold calling , and lead generation efforts. Your contribution will be critical to expanding our client base and driving sales in the competitive IT industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through a variety of lead generation methods including research, networking, and using industry-specific databases. Utilize tools like LinkedIn, CRM software, and other databases to find new leads and qualify them for sales outreach. Email Campaigning: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to generate interest in IT solutions and services. Personalize outreach to engage potential clients and set up meetings or demos for the sales team. Track and analyze email campaign performance to optimize future campaigns. Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential leads to introduce company offerings, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team. Build rapport with prospects over the phone and identify key decision-makers in target organizations. Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all qualified leads are handed over with appropriate details. Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and updates in CRM. Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, or calls for the sales team with interested clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, improve conversion rates, and share feedback from leads. Contribute to market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in IT sales coordination, lead generation, or inside sales is mandatory. Proven success with email marketing and cold calling in a sales environment. Skills: Strong communication skills in English, local language and Hindi(both written and verbal). Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus. Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for driving sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
