Job Description

An ISR (Sales Support) plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales processes. The person is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, facilitating the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating sales activities, preparing sales reports, managing customer enquiries, and collaborating with various internal departments. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure effective promotion of products/services. Handle and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Order Processing: Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer orders, shipments, and payments. Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments. Communicate with customers to gather information, provide updates, and address concerns. Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of contact information and sales activity.
