Role & responsibilities Lead generation through cold calling, E-Mail marketing, from various social media platforms like Linkedin, etc. Research and collect vertical-specific data. Deep research into the functional aspects of each company Identify the decision makers of the respective and prospective teams. Detailed research on the competitors of the key players in the industry. Organizing leads and thorough follow-up on the leads Tracking leads through the entire sales cycle Coordinate with the prospects and the internal team and set up business meetings Conduct secondary research, collate relevant information, and capture the information in the prospect formats. Facilitate prospective client meetings and presentations Understand client briefs from the Senior Management and develop tools, solution notes, papers, and decks for a sale pitch. Engage in dialogue to understand client requirements and expectations. Work closely to initiate one-on-one conversations with the customers and demonstrations with prospects, while positively representing Castaliaz Immediate Joiner, Less than 15 days Preferred candidate profile B2B sales preferably into ERP / Software sales Female candidates are preferred Language: English with Kannada or Telugu
