Inside Sales Representative (ISR) - Job Description Job Summary: We seek a self-motivated, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market segments. As an Inside Sales Representative, youll identify opportunities, engage procurement, IT teams, and decision makers, and offer tailored IT hardware, software, and services solutions. Strong IT knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and proven sales drive are essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in SMB and Mid-Market segments through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting. Understand SMB and Mid-Market company challenges, budgets, and IT requirements. Engage with key stakeholders to position the company as their preferred IT partner. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's IT offerings, including hardware, software, and services. Provide customized recommendations that align with clients needs and budgets. Coordinate and collaborate with product teams and technical specialists to acquire customers through technical consulting, custom solutions, proof-of-concept, and demos. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM system to progress leads through the sales cycle and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for SMB and Mid-Market audiences, and partner with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Coordinate with technical teams & account managers to facilitate onboarding and pre/postsale support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB and Mid-Market clients to drive loyalty and repeat business. Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on industry trends and company offerings. Desired Profile: Qualifications: 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in IT hardware, software, or services. Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of IT challenges faced by SMBs and Mid-Market companies, including scalability, cost-efficiency, and security. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred). Key attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales. Strong analytical skills to understand client pain points and propose solutions. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
