As an Inside Sales Manager at Vedatma, a Multi National Ed Tech Consulting Company based in Ernakulam, your role will involve leading and managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for setting goals, developing sales strategies, managing budgets, and driving growth and revenue. Your focus will be on overseeing the inside sales representatives team, monitoring sales metrics, and collaborating with various professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve specific goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the inside sales representatives team - Set and track sales targets for your team - Implement improvements in the sales administration process - Coordinate department projects and report on sales metrics - Prepare sales forecasts and use customer feedback to drive innovation - Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies - Foster an open-communication environment for your team - Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to enhance brand consistency and increase sales **Qualifications:** - 7-10 years of inside sales experience with a minimum of 4 years in a management role - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals - Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools - Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, Vedatma offers a competitive CTC of Rs 12 to 15 Lakhs plus incentives for this permanent full-time on-site role in Ernakulam.
