Key Result Areas (KRA):

1. Lead Management & Conversion

• Ensure 100% utilization and timely follow-up of CRM-generated leads.
• Improve enquiry-to-admission conversion ratio through structured sales processes.

2. Team Management

• Supervise and motivate the tele calling and counselling team for daily, weekly, and

monthly performance targets.

• Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

3. CRM Utilization

• Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting through the CRM.
• Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management review.

4. Sales Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute calling and conversion strategies to achieve monthly and annual

sales targets.

• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to align campaigns and offers.

5. Customer Experience

• Ensure professional communication, lead nurturing, and student satisfaction during

pre-admission engagement.
