The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inside sales team, executing effective campaigns, and generating leads for both domestic and international markets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 8 to 10 years of experience in inside sales and campaign management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams, running campaigns, and generating leads. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential. Experience in both domestic and international sales, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in different regions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects and clients. Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analysis platforms. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to join immediately and hit the ground running.
