We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Specialist – US Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients across the

    US market

    for staffing services.
  • Generate qualified leads through

    cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns

    , and professional networking.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers (Procurement, MSPs, HR, and Hiring Managers).
  • Collaborate with the presales and delivery teams to create

    customized proposals and capability decks

    .
  • Maintain CRM records, track lead status, and report performance metrics.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in

    US Staffing Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation

    .
  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication skills

    (US client interaction experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of

    US staffing models, time zones, and MSP/VMS ecosystems

    .
  • Hands-on experience with tools like

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or HubSpot

    .
  • Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
