Inside Sales Freshers

Job Role:
Inside sales executive is responsible for talking to students/research scholars, explaining our PhD services, generating leads, and helping the sales team reach monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make daily calls to new and existing enquiries.
• Explain our PhD assistance services clearly to the clients.
• Understand client requirements and share basic details with the sales team.
• Generate leads and convert them into hot prospects.
• Maintain follow-up calls and WhatsApp communication with clients.
• Update enquiry details in CRM every day.
• Support the sales team in closing deals.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English/Tamil).
• Confident in calling and explaining services.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Qualification:
Any degree – Freshers can apply.

Work Environment:
Training will be provided on PhD services, sales pitch, CRM handling, and client communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
