POSITION - SALES EXECUTIVEWork Location - Hyderabad, Telangana Department - Sales Employment Type - Full Time Employment Salary Range - INR 10,000 to 16,000/- JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our sales team in the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to start a career in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will help clients plan and book their dream vacations, while also meeting sales targets and building customer relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: n Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to customers n Understand customer requirements and offer suitable travel solutions n Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns and online inquiries n Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business n Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals n Assist in creating travel itineraries and cost estimates for clients n Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings n Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and company offerings QUALIFICATIONS: n Bachelor’s degree (any stream) n Freshers welcome; previous internship or sales experience is a plus n Excellent verbal and written communication skills n Good interpersonal and negotiation skills n Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment n Passion for travel and tourism n Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage PREFERRED SKILLS: n Attractive incentives on meeting targets n Travel discounts and familiarization trips n Training and mentorship from industry experts n Career growth opportunities in the tourism and hospitality industry
