Greetings! We are hiring Inside Sales Executive for US market. (Hybrid) Role & responsibilities Lead generation and qualification:Identify and qualify potential international customers through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach. Customer relationship building:Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients through regular communication, understanding their specific needs and addressing concerns. Product presentation and demonstration:Clearly articulate the features and benefits of products or services to international customers, tailoring presentations to their specific market needs. Sales cycle management: Manage the sales pipeline, including lead nurturing, proposal development, price negotiation, and closing deals. Market research and analysis :Stay updated on international market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors impacting sales strategies within designated regions. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure smooth sales process and customer satisfaction. Documentation and reporting: Accurately maintain customer information, sales activity records, and generate reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
