Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement: Handle inside sales through provided leads. Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to qualify and convert leads into sales. Customer Understanding & Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions. Craft compelling unique selling propositions to drive engagement. Sales Processes: Prospect, qualify, and manage leads. Create deal proposals and ensure timely follow-up to closure. Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients based on their needs. Support & Coordination: Provide pre-sales support to the sales and marketing teams. Assist in finding, winning, and renewing customers. Promote company products/services across geographies. Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices. Monitor sales progress and provide reports to stakeholders. Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build instant rapport and foster customer satisfaction. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent listening skills and competitive spirit. Familiarity with sales tools like CRMs is an advantage. Role Requirements: Experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or business development is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
