Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential students and clients, explaining our courses and services. Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and rapport building. Maintain a database of leads and track progress using our CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the education sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections.
