Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential clients, often through research, lead generation activities, and initial contact. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting IT solutions and conducting demos to potential clients, often remotely. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing support. Closing Sales: Negotiating contracts, finalizing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, managing sales pipelines, and providing reports on sales activities. Working with Other Teams: Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication and Persuasion: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients and making effective sales pitches. Technical Understanding: A basic understanding of IT products and services is necessary for discussing solutions with clients. Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment, is often required. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track sales, and manage customer relationships. Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets is essential.
