Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively to convert leads into customers.
  • Manage and nurture leads from various sources, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Make 100+ connected calls daily with a strong talk time focus.
  • Persuade and influence customers using active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Close sales effectively over the phone.

Prospecting & Business Growth

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls.
  • Drive referrals and increase sales quota through existing customers.
  • Provide market insights and competitor feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Reporting & Process Adherence

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Track daily performance metrics, including connect rate, conversion rate, and lead source efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the lead-to-sale process.
