Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. You will engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present appropriate product/service solutions. It is essential to maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate details and schedule meetings/demos for senior sales representatives with qualified leads. Following up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into opportunities is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets and conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
