Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Conduct product/service presentations and effectively communicate value propositions.

· Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

· Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

· Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

· 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Education Sector.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
