Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries regarding mobile and gadget repair services
Convert leads into successful bookings through effective communication
Explain Buzzmeeh's offerings clearly and confidently
Follow up on leads via call, email, and WhatsApp to ensure high conversion
Maintain customer records and update CRM tools regularly
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery
Meet or exceed monthly sales and follow-up targets

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp for business communication
Must be a team player with a customer-first attitude
