Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Qualification Conduct research to identify potential clients. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and social media. 2. Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM. Manage and update customer and lead data to ensure a strong sales pipeline. 3. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and increase lead- to-sale conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation tactics and target relevant client profiles. 4. Product Knowledge and Positioning Develop a strong understanding of Netcons products and services. Position Netcons offerings as solutions to prospective customers' needs. 5. Client Relationship Building Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers. Serve as a point of contact to handle inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): KRA 1: Lead Generation and Qualification KPI 1 : Number of qualified leads generated monthly KPI 2 : Conversion rate from lead to opportunity KRA 2: Pipeline Management and CRM Accuracy KPI 1 : Percentage of accurate CRM entries KPI 2 : Consistency in pipeline updates (frequency and accuracy of data) KRA 3: Sales Target Achievement KPI 1 : Monthly/Quarterly revenue contribution KPI 2 : Percentage of quota attainment KRA 4: Customer Engagement and Relationship Building KPI 1 : Number of customer interactions per week/month KPI 2 : Customer satisfaction score or feedback from initial interactions KRA 5: Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams KPI 1 : Number of campaigns executed and the resultant lead volume KPI 2 : Feedback from sales team on the quality of leads generated KRA 6: Product Knowledge and Solution Selling KPI 1 : Number of product training sessions completed per quarter KPI 2 : Percentage of successful product presentations or demos leading to customer interest Key Skills: 1. Sales and Persuasion Skills Ability to pitch products or services effectively. Strong closing techniques and objection-handling abilities. Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling strategies. 2. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. (with no MTI) Active listening to understand customer needs. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships. 3. Technical Proficiency Proficient in CRM tools like Zoho. Comfortable using email marketing tools and sales analytics platforms. Knowledge of video conferencing and online presentation tools. 4. Product Knowledge Deep understanding of the company's products/services. Ability to communicate technical details in simple terms. 5. Customer Management Strong customer service orientation. Skill in managing follow-ups and nurturing leads. Capability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills 6. Data-Driven Decision-Making Ability to analyze sales data and customer behaviour. Skill in using data insights to refine sales strategies. 7. Problem-Solving Ability Aptitude for addressing customer pain points. Creativity in tailoring solutions to client needs. Time Management and Organization 8.
