Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in New Delhi. The Executive Assistant will perform daily administrative tasks, including expense report management, executive support, and general administrative assistance. Key responsibilities will include managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication on behalf of executives, and assisting with various administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and other executive support tasks
Strong Communication skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
