Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, and email outreach. 2. Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to maximize sales opportunities and meet targets. 4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. 5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on performance metrics. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns. Qualifications: Proven track record in inside sales or a similar role, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
