Inside Sales Executive

A Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with customers, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales within a showroom environment by demonstrating product features and benefits to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience. Key duties include greeting customers, maintaining showroom appearance, handling transactions, resolving customer issues, and contributing to sales events. Qualifications typically include strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high school diploma or degree in a related field, and prior sales Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet customers as they enter the showroom, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.  Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of all products and services to effectively demonstrate features and benefits.  Sales Achievement: Actively work to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas through effective product showcasing and sales techniques.  Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom neat, organized, and visually appealing to create a positive atmosphere for customers.  Sales Support: Process transactions, manage sales documentation, and assist with the planning and execution of sales promotions and events.  Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for every visitor.  Qualifications Education: A high school diploma is often required, with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field being preferred.  Experience: Previous experience in retail or a specific industry (like automotive) is highly beneficial.  Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential To manage overall responsibility of the showroom.( Security , Admin, Petty cash, Housekeeping, Maintains etc
