As an Inside Sales Executive in the Building Materials & Interior Products industry with 1-3 years of experience, your role involves managing inbound inquiries, engaging prospects, and supporting field sales teams. You should possess strong communication skills and a passion for interior design and construction materials. - Handle inbound calls and follow up on sales leads. - Provide product information, quotations, and support to clients. - Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for timely order fulfillment. - Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports. - Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business.
