Job Description

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the software or technology sector. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads and set up meetings. - Qualify prospects based on their business needs and potential for sales opportunities. - Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
