Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – IT Hardware & Services

Department: Sales / Business Development
Location: Doddaballapur Industrial area Bangalore
Reports To: Team Lead – inside sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to support the sales of IT hardware and services. The role involves lead generation, client communication, quotation preparation, and coordination with internal teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT hardware (servers, storage, networking, laptops, desktops, peripherals) and IT services (AMC, cloud, managed IT, and infrastructure solutions).
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
  • Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close orders in coordination with the sales team.
  • Maintain updated sales pipeline and customer details in CRM.

Customer Coordination

  • Communicate with existing and potential clients for inquiries, proposals, and order updates.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and renewals.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Presales, Technical, Procurement, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Coordinate for quotations, price approvals, and order fulfillment.
  • Support the sales manager and field team with documentation and reporting.

Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and order status.
  • Track customer feedback and market trends to share with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination in the IT hardware or services domain. Freshers also can apply with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT products – servers, storage, networking devices, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with IT hardware OEM’s
  • Prior experience working in a system integrator or IT reseller environment.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
