The Role
The primary responsibility will be to connect with targeted prospects over calls to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our senior team to provide further details.
Key role features
Make outbound calls to B2B prospects to introduce our database services in a professional and clear manner.
· Identify the correct point of contact and confirm interest in learning more about our services.
· Schedule appointments or call-backs with interested prospects for the senior team.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, conversations, and appointments scheduled in the CRM or tracking sheets.
· Follow call scripts while ensuring a natural and engaging conversation.
· Coordinate with internal teams to align on appointment schedules and prospect updates.
