About the Role

You will play a key role in achieving our sales targets by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting tailored program solutions, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable program recommendations.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure and follow-up.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Provide insights on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity.
