Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Department: Sales Location: Chinchwad, Pune Maharashtra Company: Imperium Digital Network Pvt. Ltd. Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Telecom company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers over phone and email, and closing sales. This role involves understanding customer needs, promoting our Internet, Lease line services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. Key Responsibilities Sales Generation: Actively prospect and generate new sales leads for Telecom services through field visits, networking, and referrals. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers, present the advantages of our Internet services, and effectively address their queries and concerns. Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase broadband, Lease line, Internet offerings and promotions. Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and track competitor activities within the territory. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage customer loyalty and referrals. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management. Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback to assist in the continuous improvement of services and products. Problem Solving: Address customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Fresher & 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the internet or telecom industry. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
