We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outbound leads, understand client requirements, and close deals using a consultative sales approach. This role is critical to driving revenue growth and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities for Inside Sales Executive

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective clients and introduce company products and services.
  • Understand client pain points and business challenges; offer tailored software solutions to meet their needs.
  • Qualify leads and suggest the most appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects by following up consistently and keeping detailed records in Data.
  • Provide comprehensive product information to clients, ensuring they clearly understand features and value propositions.
  • Address objections effectively related to pricing, competition, or functionality.
  • Negotiate pricing, present proposals, and close sales deals within defined timelines and sales cycles
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using CRM systems.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Skills for Inside Sales Executive

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree must be required(prefer Business Administration, Marketing, or related field)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in software or service-based industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex products in simple terms.
  • Proven track record in lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing deals.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
  • Good understanding of software products, features, and ability to handle technical queries from non-technical customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused with a growth mindset.
