Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Education: Graduation (any stream) Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales or counseling roles Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. About the Role: We’re hiring enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing admissions team. You’ll be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards enrolling in our UG/PG programs. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to leads via phone calls and emails to promote course offerings Understand individual aspirations and recommend the right academic path Assist students and their parents with the complete admission process Regularly follow up with leads and maintain a healthy pipeline Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets Ensure proper documentation and application submission within deadlines Update and manage student interactions using CRM tools What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and persuasive skills Ability to connect and build trust with students and guardians Experience working in a target-driven environment Prior use of CRM systems will be an added advantage A positive, self-motivated attitude with a problem-solving approach Must be fluent in Hindi and English Interested in building your career in sales and education counseling?
