Role Overview

Inside Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Clearly explain our services and product offerings to prospective clients.
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities.
• Schedule product demos and assist senior sales team in closing deals.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and support account retention.

Candidate Requirements

• Education

  : BBA / MBA (Sales & Marketing), Pass-out years:

  2023 / 2024 / 2025

• Excellent communication skills

  both written and verbal in English

• Fluent in Hindi

  (mandatory); knowledge of additional regional languages is a

  plus

  (e.g., Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali)
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication tools is preferred
