Key Responsibilities

Conduct
outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach
to potential customers.
Understand customer needs
and recommend the most suitable products from Frido's catalog.
Deliver compelling
product pitches and close sales effectively
.
Maintain accurate and updated records in
CRM tools
.
Track key performance metrics
like call volume, conversion rate, and revenue.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements

13 years of experience in
outbound inside sales
, preferably in B2C/D2C environments.
Fluency in Tamil and Telugu
(mandatory).
Strong
communication, persuasion, and negotiation
skills.
Confidence in handling objections and driving conversations toward closure.
Familiarity with
CRM platforms
and sales tracking tools.
Goal-oriented
, self-motivated, and result-driven mindset.
Bachelor's degree
in any discipline (preferred).
