Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist Location: Visnagar, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working) Shift Timing: US Shift About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Visnagar. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients across the US region. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through market research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective US clients. Understand client needs and present suitable hiring or business solutions. Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and client requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or client acquisition (US Market preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
