Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across India and global markets. You will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals for our digital marketing, content creation, website development, SEO, and performance marketing services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Outreach: Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, industry databases, and inbound inquiries. Prospecting Engagement: Initiate conversations with key decision-makers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to understand their marketing needs. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with leads, follow-ups, and sales progress. Proposal Negotiation: Collaborate with the team to craft tailored proposals and close deals by negotiating terms that align with client needs. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client pain points to refine sales approaches. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and SEO teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Qualifications Skills: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in digital marketing, content, advertising, or IT services. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, and website development services is a plus. Experience in selling to clients in India and international markets. Ability to work independently and hit revenue targets. Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools is a bonus.
