Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the polymers, metals, or industrial raw materials industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate leads and manage client outreach through effective communication and relationship building.
Manage quotation processes and ensure timely closure of sales deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
A target-driven approach is required, with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
Experience in lead generation, client outreach, and sales closure is necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are needed to overcome objections and challenges.
Familiarity with account management principles and practices is beneficial.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
