Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the polymers, metals, or industrial raw materials industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Generate leads and manage client outreach through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Manage quotation processes and ensure timely closure of sales deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Job Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A target-driven approach is required, with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Experience in lead generation, client outreach, and sales closure is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are needed to overcome objections and challenges.
  • Familiarity with account management principles and practices is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
