Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Udyog Vihar Phase -1 Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

Roles and Responsibility

Calling and answering phone calls to explain products and services offered by the company.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data to understand their requirements.
Working experience as a Telecaller or similar role in the Sales Department is preferred.
Maintaining a regular database of customers.
Multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently to meet sales targets.
Understanding company services and its position in the industry to provide effective solutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum graduation required; any graduate can apply.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with potential customers.
Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong desire to expand the company through new sales.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
Experience in telesales, domestic calling, outbound voice process, inbound calling, or voice process is beneficial.
Good English communication skills are essential.
Walk-in interviews are also available.
