Job Description We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth by selling our Internet Leased Lines to Business Customers. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation : Generate and nurture leads within the B2B segment. Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research, Contact potential customers to inform them about product or service. Client Engagement : Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and present appropriate solutions from our technology offerings, Answer questions about products or the company. Sales Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and closing deals. Product Demonstrations : Schedule and conduct product demos for prospective clients to showcase our technology solutions. Relationship Building : Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to maximize sales opportunities, Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation, Professional approach/Relationship with customers. Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into clients, Take and process orders in an accurate manner. CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the company’s CRM system, Enter and update customer information in the database. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position Linkwave’s offerings. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction, direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Key Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or IT industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions. Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
