Job Summary We are hiring an energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound sales efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and helping them get started with a website on Asraaz.com. This role is crucial in building awareness and converting leads into paying users. Key Responsibilities Proactively call and follow up with leads from provided databases or acquired through campaigns. Educate prospects on the benefits of creating a website on Asraaz.com and guide them through different plan options. Build trust and urgency to convert leads into customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM. Coordinate with onboarding and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. Upsell higher plans and additional services when applicable. Share market insights, objections, and feedback to help improve the sales approach and product offerings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or IT background is a plus). Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage). Confidence in handling outbound calls and cold outreach. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to understand basic website-related terminology (training will be provided).
