Inside Sales Executive thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful conversations, and is passionate about helping people find their dream homes. Key Responsibilities Engage with channel partners in the real estate ecosystem to generate qualified leads. Conduct cold calling to identify and convert potential leads into sales opportunities. Maintain high tele-calling quality standards by regularly reviewing and optimizing call scripts and interactions. Stay updated on market trends in the interior design and real estate industries. Meet and exceed performance targets related to call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Deliver outstanding customer interactions with a consultative approach. What We Expect Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive. Adaptable and open to working in a six-day work week setup.
