Role Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll drive AbsoluteLabs growth by generating and qualifying high-quality leads for our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients through outbound cold-calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to set up qualified meetings for our sales team. You will also be responsible for managing all operations related to sales and partnerships, which will include updating Salesforce CRM, supporting meetings, and maintaining client details. Key Responsibilities Connect with potential clients via outbound cold-call, email, and LinkedIn campaigns to schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. Generate qualified leads through effective social media outreach on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations. Implement account management best practices to foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business. Gain a basic understanding of performance marketing principles to support lead generation and campaign optimization. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Content) to achieve shared goals. Set up meetings between potential customers and Enterprise Account Executives. Oversee comprehensive operations pertaining to sales and partnerships, including the meticulous upkeep of the Salesforce CRM, facilitating meeting logistics, and ensuring the accurate maintenance of client information and records. Serve as the face of AbsoluteLabs, making the first impression on potential clients to ensure a positive representation of our brand. Drive customer engagement via various channels including Zoom calls, emails, and social media platforms. Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in an IT/Software environment. Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Demonstrated enterprise sales across consulting and services businesses. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business development tools and technologies.
