Inside Sales Engineer

Job Description

Each territory is assigned a field sales engineer and an inside sales representative. We provide our customers with effective technical and tactical support as a result of this combination. Applicants seeking a fast-paced, performance-oriented role within an inside sales environment are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Obtain new business from existing and lapsed customers in order to meet sales targets and KPMs Providing technical assistance to customers over the phone Contact customers (calls, visits) and plan the account approach Ensure the CRM database is accurate Coordinate customer and support requests Qualification: B.
