Inside Sales Associate

You will be working as an Inside Sales Associate at our travel company in Aluva, where you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, responding to inbound inquiries, promoting travel packages, and services, and exceeding sales targets. Your role will involve maintaining customer records, providing exceptional customer service, and working with the team to achieve company sales goals. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries. - Promote travel packages and services, customize offers to meet client needs. - Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. - Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships. - Collaborate with the team to achieve company sales goals. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. - Basic knowledge of travel industry services and packages is advantageous.
