Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email leads from prospective students.
• Understand students’ requirements and provide accurate information about study abroad programs.
• Convert leads into admissions by pitching suitable courses and program offerings.
• Follow up with potential leads to ensure timely conversions.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions and status.
• Work closely with the admissions and counselling team for smooth onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and lead conversions.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1–2 years of inside sales experience are welcome.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
