Role Overview:-This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making outbound sales calls, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to align sales strategies with overall company goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams Previous experience in e-learning or digital content creation is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
MBA in Sales and Marketing is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
