Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team at SkillTyro . The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential students over calls, explain our course offerings, and schedule demo sessions with our academic counselors. If you have a knack for sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the ed-tech industry, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce SkillTyro’s courses. Explain course details and benefits effectively. Book demo sessions for interested candidates with academic counselors. Follow up with leads to maximize demo attendance. Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled demos in CRM tools . Achieve daily and monthly calling and demo booking targets. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Any graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech, etc.). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or tele-calling. Strong communication and persuasion skills . Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential students.
