Role Overview As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in converting qualified leads into confirmed photoshoot bookings. You’ll engage with potential clients — mostly expecting or new parents — guiding them through Klicpic’s photography offerings, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience. This role is ideal for someone who’s already worked in B2C sales, client engagement, or customer experience and is now looking to apply their skills in a creative, emotionally rewarding industry.
